Win-win situation for everyone involved
The loyalty of our customers is very important to us. That's why we want to give something back to them with our app and its content, such as vouchers. It's a win-win situation! I can only recommend everyone to dare to take the step towards digitalisation!
"A digital solution is the future, almost nothing works without it."
Leo Jindrak hit the nail on the head with this sentence. He put his words into action and even implemented the new loyalty solution during the pandemic: On the one hand, there is a loyalty app for customers and, on the other, Jindrak's dashboard gives the company a clear control and analysis center.
Customers can collect Linzer Torten via the new loyalty club in the Jindrak app: After making a purchase, scan the bill and the number of cakes will go up. Users can then exchange them for great rewards. For example, you can redeem a truffle workshop with the chef himself. This strengthens customer loyalty and also offers an incentive for new customers.
All news and information at your fingertips - Jindrak is particularly active on Facebook and regularly posts new content, which can also be found in the new app. This means that even customers who don't use Facebook can access all the information.
Another feature that helps to increase reach is the option to leave reviews. After making a purchase, customers are randomly asked directly in the app whether they would like to leave a review. If their rating is good, they are redirected to an external page.
The almost 5,000 users, over 50% of whom are active, are probably the greatest success to date. This has been achieved primarily through the involvement of employees. The Jindrak family attaches great importance to ensuring that employees are also familiar with the loyalty app and are convinced by it.
"Only if the employees themselves are convinced of a product will they sell it well. If they have to sell a pastry that they don't like, they won't sell it well either. It's the same with the app," says Leo Jindrak. Employees use the app themselves and benefit from the advantages. This allows them to see the app for themselves and share their positive experiences with customers.
