The allrid-E app: more than just a digital loyalty card!

Collect wheelies, always have your customer card with you on your smartphone, simply refer your friends and acquaintances or check in when you visit a branch: The allrid-E app went live in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store in August 2022 and has since been very popular with customers of allrid-E, the e-bike centre in Schleswig-Holstein in Germany.

The specific rewards offered by an e-bike dealer are multi-faceted: in addition to an e-keychain that can be redeemed immediately after registration, points can be collected for an initial inspection of your own e-bike or a mackintosh for biking. Vouchers can also be used as rewards.

The allrid-E app offers the following functions, among others:

  • Collect and redeem Wheelies (loyalty points) in the allrid-E Club

  • "My bike" area for details about your own e-bike

  • Inbox and contact form easily integrated into the app

  • Facebook newsfeed integration

  • Refer a friend, check-in function and digital customer card directly in the app

Onboarding.

Our simple onboarding process accompanied the allrid-E team from the signing of the deal through to the launch of their own app.

The app appeared in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store after a few months of development and ongoing updates on development progress.

Through regular innovations, updates and optimisation suggestions - for example in the form of live webinars - the KLIPP team works with hello again to get the best out of the app.

The comprehensive help centre with user manual, instructions for app optimisation and videos on numerous topics is available around the clock for quick help.

This allows the allrid-E team to take the initiative and optimise, expand and improve the app independently.
