The large number of users has now shown that digital customer loyalty is also very popular in the brewery industry.

At the Hacklberg brewery, this is achieved with the two-part solution from hello again, consisting of an app for customers and a dashboard for the company. The central app components are as follows:

  • Collector's pass for digital stamping

  • Product range overview, shop link, Q&A section and contact form with message function

With countless scanned QR codes and integrated rewards, ranging from simple yet high-quality free drinks and patches to a hot-air balloon ride for several people, the Hacklberg brewery shows how creative customer loyalty can work!
