‘Your KONSUM in one single app’. This claim has been the slogan of the app campaign of konsum-leipzig.de - one of the leading food retailers in the Leipzig area - since May 2024.
With hello again as a strong digitalisation partner, KONSUM designed its own advantage app and implemented it with numerous functions in a short space of time. The app has been available to customers in the Google Play Store for Android smartphones and in the Apple App Store for iOS devices since 8 May 2024.
The focus of this joint project was on added value for consumers: Attractive coupons, sweepstakes directly in the app, easy access to the digital loyalty club, the digital presentation of special benefits exclusively for members and intuitive functions offer clear added value in the app.
The mobile loyalty card, which is integrated directly into the app, and the digital receipt also offer customers additional added value. Gone are the days when you couldn't find your plastic customer card or the last paper bill disappeared into the depths of your pocket - and you didn't want to collect points because you didn't want to keep people in the queue in suspense.
The digital added value is created for KONSUM and its customers through the following app functions
Digital loyalty club with rewards function
Realisation of promotions and competitions
Digital customer card and digital receipts
Digital membership card
Store finder function and news section
Invite friends function as an additional way to collect points
Survey function, contact form link and many other features
The launch promotion with 50 points starting credit directly after the app download offers additional incentives to achieve high penetration in the target group.
