Krawany - characterised by eight shops and a high proportion of female customers - has recognised that modern solutions such as a digital loyalty app are necessary to strengthen customer loyalty in a targeted manner and communicate more efficiently with customers.

The initial situation

Krawany used a traditional bonus programme until 2023, but this was becoming increasingly irrelevant. There was a lack of flexibility and quick communication options to inform customers about promotions or new products. The old loyalty programme also needed to be modernised in order to better reach both new and existing customers.

With the launch of the Krawany app in March 2023, Krawany created a user-friendly solution that is perfectly tailored to the needs of the company and its customers.
